Open house today!
What is the idea? Instead of clicking on a virtual calendar window as we’ve suggested in previous years, this year we invite you to experience real-life encounters.
In the days leading up to Christmas, a home (or apartment) opens its doors to welcome others for a moment of sharing over a drink.
These moments can be enriched by sharing a song, a verse, or creating simple Christmas decorations, if you wish. But simply agreeing to open your door and welcome others is enough to participate.
The host determines the day and time slot for this welcome, which can be in the morning, over coffee, tea time, or in the evening.
The idea is not to have a Bible study every day, but simply to meet and visit one another. The idea is also not to feel obligated to organize a buffet in a sparkling clean house.
Simply welcome.
We plan to spread these encounters from December 7th to 22nd.
If you wish to participate as a host, you can sign up by filling out the calendar in the church hall or by contacting Sandrine.
