Hello everyone,

We are excited to announce our special Children’s Club event on December 7th!

The goal of this festive time is to encourage the children of the church to invite their friends, and for church members to invite children or families from their circle of acquaintances. Accompanying adults are welcome to stay.

🍪 How You Can Help

 

Church members who wish to help the team can assist by:

• Preparing a treat (e.g., cake, pancakes).

• Donating juice, candy, or chocolates.

  • (Note: Please avoid Santa Claus imagery or items!)

🧑‍🤝‍🧑 Calling All Volunteers

 

We also welcome youth volunteers to help with the smooth running of the afternoon, including:

• Room decoration.

• Welcoming the children.

• Assisting with the snack time, crafts, music, game coordination, and tidying up.

In short, it’s a wonderful “Advent”ure to experience together as a church!

🗓 Preparation Meeting

 

A preparation meeting will be held on Sunday, November 23rd, after the service.

I will centralize all offers to help and requests for participation to facilitate communication and organization.

We are already praying that children and parents will have the opportunity to hear the true Christmas story.
